Stettler Oilfield Technical Society Annual Men’s Golf Tournament

The Stettler OTS is a non-profit organization holding its annual golf tournament June 25, 2022 at Pheasantback Golf Club. Its a one day rain or shine 18 hole 4man Texas scramble. Two of the players on the four man team must be oilmen. The teams combined handicap must be at least 40. There will be multiple flights, hole prizes and hole in one prizes. There will be supper afterwards and multiple food and beverage holes scattered around the course.

Entry fee $600 per team
-includes 18hole scramble, carts, supper, prizes and food and beverage holes

Sponsorship Opportunity
-Major sponsor $900 includes a team entry, Primary signage wherever you would like and acknowledgement.
-Major sponsor $400 includes primary signage wherever you would like and acknowledgement.
-Prize sponsor $200 includes acknowledgment
-Food and beverage holes and hole in one sponsorship
-Any door prizes or smaller cash donations are welcomed as well as they will go towards operating costs.

Cash or cheque. Please make all cheques out for entry or sponsorship to Stettler Oilfield Technical Society. Please contact Hally 403-740-3232 for entry, sponsorship or payment. Please have all payments in by June 18, 2022. The first 30 teams paid will be entered. 9am registration and 10am shotgun start.
